The Illusion of Self-Care and the Forgotten Self

And here’s the beautiful paradox: there is no hard work required to find this self. No mountain to climb. No identity to build.
Just a gentle remembrance.
Just pure consciousness.
Just presence.

When you stop trying to feel love and instead become love.
When you don’t just look at the sky but become the sky.
When you watch your every movement as though it’s the only and final gesture gifted to you by the universe—then you begin to touch the real. Then, you return home.

Start with your breath.
Finish with the bliss
Let your awareness rest there.
Feel it—not as an act of control, but as a witness.
This breath is the most honest proof of your existence.
Let that realization lead you into stillness.
From there, life opens like a flower, and bliss isn’t something to chase—it simply is.

Feel everything life has to offer. Taste it fully.
Not with attachment, not with clinging—but with presence.
And above all, try to remember yourself.

Not as a name.
Not as a role.
But as being itself.
